Counseling Services in AZ & MN
You don’t have to keep struggling with food, anxiety, or the pressure to hold it all together

You might look like you’re doing everything right on the outside—showing up, performing, staying disciplined.
But on the inside, it can feel exhausting.
Maybe your thoughts about food or your body take up more space than you’d like.
Maybe anxiety is always humming in the background.
Or maybe you feel the constant pressure to be better, do more, and never fall behind.
If any of this resonates, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
You might be in the right place if…
You feel stuck in cycles with food, body image, or exercise relationship
You want a healthier relationship with food, your body, and yourself—but don’t know where to start.
You’re an athlete or high performer struggling with pressure or burnout

Anxious moments have interrupted your life and you want help finding a way through it all.
You’ve tried to fix things on your own, but keep ending up in the same place
You’re looking for someone who can join you empathetically in a safe, non-judgmental space.

My Approach

Therapy with me isn’t about judgment or quick fixes.
It’s about creating a space where you can slow down, understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and begin to make meaningful, lasting changes.
I draw from approaches like CBT, DBT, ERP, and IFS—but more importantly, I focus on building a relationship where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
We move at your pace, working toward real sustainable change—not perfection.

FAQs
How much does each session cost?
Typical 50-minute sessions are $160. Initial intake sessions are $175. Superbills can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement, but payment is due at the time of each session.
Do you take insurance?
No, I do not process insurance. You may use your HSA/FSA accounts or submit superbills for possible reimbursement.
What commitment is required?
A commitment to counseling requires regular attendance to sessions, openness to self-reflection and change, and a willingness to actively apply learned strategies (homework) in daily life for the best outcomes.
How often are sessions?
Most people find that the best results come from frequent and consistent sessions. For this reason, weekly or biweekly commitments are generally the best plan. Monthly or as-needed sessions are available for established clients.
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions are conducted via Simple Practice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You will receive a link to join virtual sessions. Sessions are usually held between the hours of 9:30am-2:30pm (AZ time) Monday through Thursday. At times, outdoor therapy may be discussed for in-person sessions if desired and appropriate.
